No question too basic

Before we get started.

Straightforward answers about sessions, tools, and working together.

I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Start with Quick Start for a patient, one-hour introduction, or choose the two-hour Starter Session for more practice. We can help you choose an app, get signed in, and learn on your own phone or computer. No coding or special vocabulary needed.

What does AI coaching cost?

Quick Start is $129 for 60 minutes. The Starter Session is $299 for two hours. A Coaching Pack adds three 60-minute follow-ups over one month for $499 after your Starter Session. Team AI Workshops start at $1,500. Business consulting, two-part team series, and automation projects receive a written quote. All prices are USD.

Which AI tools do you teach?

ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Grok, and Meta AI. We also help you evaluate newer assistants, agents, and connected workflows. We start with your task and the features available on your account. You do not need to learn every tool.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

You can begin with a free account. We check your existing access before planning exercises and explain any limitation that affects your task. Software subscriptions are separate from coaching fees. We agree any additional costs before a project begins.

Can we meet locally or virtually?

Both. We’re based in West Palm Beach and arrange local sessions in Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding South Florida communities. Virtual sessions use screen sharing to work on your actual setup. We confirm location, availability, and any travel costs before booking.

What should I bring?

Your everyday device, access to your account, and a task you would like to make easier. A draft, rough notes, or a recurring process is enough. Remove confidential details from practice material. You stay in control of passwords and sign-ins.

Can you help executives privately?

Yes. One-to-one coaching gives you room to ask basic or advanced questions at your own pace. We can focus on meeting preparation, decision briefs, written communication, and practical ways to lead AI adoption.

Do you work with parents and retirees?

Yes. We can focus on everyday planning, understanding documents, hobbies, communication, or getting comfortable with a new app. For parents, we can review available parental settings, school expectations, homework boundaries, and family habits. Parent sessions are for adults; any child participation must be agreed first.

What do I take home?

Quick Start includes a one-page getting-started guide. The Starter Session includes your practice examples, a personal prompt guide, a review checklist, and a next-step plan. Team workshops include a shared prompt playbook. Your materials are built around what we actually practice.

What happens after my first session?

Your initial session includes a follow-up email for questions about what we covered. For continuing practice, the Coaching Pack includes three scheduled one-hour follow-ups over a month and email questions between them. Further implementation or ongoing support is scoped separately.

Is the Coaching Pack a subscription?

No. It is a one-time pack of three follow-up sessions, designed to follow a Starter Session. We agree the dates and support scope before you book. There is no automatic renewal.

Can you train our whole team?

Yes. Choose a 90-minute Team AI Workshop or a two-part series of two 90-minute sessions. We agree team size, roles, approved tools, exercises, and delivery format first. Sessions include hands-on work, output review, data-use basics, and a reusable prompt guide.

What does business consulting include?

We review a recurring process, compare suitable tools, and recommend a practical plan. Work may include owner coaching, staff training, repeatable customer replies, proposal drafting, marketing workflows, spreadsheet review, and simple written rules for staff use of AI. Each engagement has an agreed scope.

Can you build an automation or AI assistant for me?

Yes, where the workflow and your tools support it. We map the process, agree permissions and approval points, implement and test a scoped solution, and document the handoff. We can assess custom assistants, agents, and connected workflows during discovery. Implementation is quoted separately from coaching.

How do you handle private information and accuracy?

We use approved or anonymized practice material, follow your organization’s data rules, and make review part of the workflow. We cover available privacy settings, source checking, and where human judgment is required. AI output can be wrong; it should be checked before you act on it.

Can AI help me understand a bill or a long document?

We can practice turning an unfamiliar document into a plain-language summary, a glossary, and questions to ask the issuer or a qualified professional. Remove personal details first. The exercise helps you prepare questions; it does not establish what you owe or replace professional advice.

What if I already use AI every day?

Bring a result that feels generic, a task that takes too many attempts, or a workflow you want to repeat reliably. We can work on better context, reusable instructions, review criteria, and the next step toward a custom assistant or automation.

What happens when I book the free intro?

The booking button opens Ashley’s existing Waymaker calendar on Cal.com for a free 15-minute conversation. Tell us what you want help with and we’ll recommend a starting point. Booking the intro does not purchase a paid session. Pricing, scheduling, payment, cancellation, and any refund terms are agreed before paid work is confirmed.
